We can put this to rest now. The guy got what he wanted - a free fix on something that sounds absolutely like his doing, but not like it matters anymore. It's the price we pay for customer service - treat everyone nicely, including those that are suspect. Now, let's all shell out that extra $30 so that this continues. *sigh*
