I got this one, it is a Speck / Burton FabShell that i got from Best Buy. I was hoping Apple would have released a Product (Red) bumper like they had for the iPhone 4/4S. So far I am really liking this case and it has gotten a lot of compliments from co-workers and friends.

Saw that when i was at best buy. Very nice looking design.

I have the Belkin Grip Max on my iPhone 5 now, purchased that and the grip candy sheer until my life proof comes. Not getting another case.

A bit of a wait for this case but love the features. Bear Grylls would surely approve.

Thanks for posting i bought in on these. Hopefully the wait isnt that long but they are selling fast!!

Right now im using this case and fits very well. Slim and durable/safe being two layers. Also its real glossy and doesnt scratch up from my keys.

I picked up a Griffin Reveal white case today. I wanted something thin, grippy feeling and leaves the front glass exposed. So far, it's exactly what I was wanting. Incidentally, I had a Griffin for my 4 as well.

I've ordered a few from Amazon to try out. These are the slimmest I could find (at least until the Desmay Slight 5 comes out).

1. Apple iPhone 5 Ringke SLIM Soft Feeling Premium Hard Case : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...SIN=B00993E8B6&linkCode=as2&tag=6458422537-20

2. Anker Glaze Case for iPhone 5: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...SIN=B008WXM43S&linkCode=as2&tag=6458422537-20

3. Photive Natural Slim Fit Case for Apple iPhone 5: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...SIN=B0097BZNPK&linkCode=as2&tag=6458422537-20

4. AViiQ Thin Series iPhone 5 Case (sold out :(): http://www.aviiq.com/collections/iphone/products/thin-series-iphone-5-case

5. Slim Hard Plastic Snap-On Matte Back Case for new iPhone5 5TH GEN (this one is the closest I could find to the Desmay Slight): http://www.ebay.com/itm/230851440663

First impressions:

1. Not bad, not as thin as the Desmay Slight (the iPhone 4S version). This one's a "soft finish" or rubbery feel. There's also a non-rubbery one.

2. Meh. TPU case paired with a plastic bumper. I wouldn't consider this one slim at all.

3. I like. Reminds me of the Case-Mate Barely There series.

4. [sold out]

5. The closest I could get to an official Desmay Slight. This very well might be what Desmay will release.

Picked up an Incipio Frequency from Walmart today. Would have liked the NGP, but I like this one too. I'm also waiting on getting the Feather in the mail :)

Bought the same case from Best Buy as well. Expensive, but the cloth material makes it very comfortable to hold in your hand. Very light as well. Does not add much weight to the phone. Wish I had discovered this case when I was using my 4.

I got the hardcase from Rocketfish at Best Buy.

I was surprised how nice and minimal it was. Reminded me of the Incipio Feather.

I bought this case and liked it for the same reason. After reading the review on BestBuy's website, though, I took the case off to find a few scratches near the front bezel of my phone.

I got the Snugg 'leather' sleeve, though am in the process of returning it.

First impressions were good, it was well made and the inside was soft, but the case is PU, not leather as the title lead me to believe. I could live with that if I could actually fit the phone into the damn thing! It was extremely tight and I couldn't actually fit it all the way in, leaving about half an inch poking out the top. The pull strap did nothing to free the phone, and I spent a stressful few minutes trying to delicately extricate my brand new phone without causing it any damage.

I think I will be ordering one of these instead.

Besides many - iam still on the lookout. The only problem with the second one is that I hate the colour.

My dirt-cheap clear hard plastic shell arrived yesterday and works a treat. It covers the back and sides, and adds a slight lip to the front, so that if dropped, the glass wont hit the floor.

Not bad for under £5.

(Amazon UK if anyone is interested. Just search for 'iphone 5 clear plastic shell')

I got the a CaseCrown case for my phone, having had good experiences with them for my 4S. If you get a black phone, I would recommend the matte black case.

Luna Taktic when it comes out

Is that made out of aluminum? If yes, might cause some reception problem.

I think I'm gonna go for this. Retains most of the phone's look while protecting the back. Awesome.

Who makes that? thanks.

Ok, after reading all the post, I decided to bet this:

Never heard about the company, but looks nice, hopefully I won't be disappointed.

I got the hardcase from Rocketfish at Best Buy.

Ditto. I had originally gotten their soft case, but it covered up the buttons, which made them harder to depress, and it was always slipping off the phone because it was too loose. The hard case is very minimalist, almost like you don't have a case on it at all. Nice.

I don't get why people would want to buy a phone that was designed to be as thin and light as the technology allows, only to put something like an Otterbox case on it. That thing is HUGE. I can't believe that it would protect the phone all that much better than the Rocketfish. I could be wrong, but I guess it's a matter of "to each their own".
