I got the speck candyshell flip. I always liked speck cases for their quality and protection. It looks pretty good too on the black one.

Only problem is a lot of people buy speck cases because they're available at AT&T. I just can't pass up my 50% discount on all att accessories.

I think I'm gonna go for this. Retains most of the phone's look while protecting the back. Awesome.

One of the nicer looking cases I have seen. Would like to know if the smaller holes obstruct the camera in any way. The 5-6 week wait time, and no returns is something to consider as well.

Anyone have experience with this company? I think a white bumper on a white phone could look slick. I'm not a fan of cases, but giving it something to not lay directly on a surface is never a bad idea.

I am getting the black one in the mail today. I will let you know how it is.

I picked up a Speck over the weekend, but last night I ordered a Seidio Active Glossy White case. Should be here around Wednesday, then the Speck is being returned.

This is my iPhone 5 case. Is it cool? :D

How well does that work when it's flipped open and snapping pics?

I got the black Speck Candy (all black with gray trim).

I love it but the headphone opening is too small for my audio cables.

I am now on my second case since launch. I wanted a case that had a lip on the front so that I could rest my phone the front without worrying about scratching the glass. I first puchased a Tech21 Impact Shell as an interim case:

It reminded me a lot of my Switcheasy Trim (which I had for a while on my iPhone4), except the back on the Impact Shell was completely opaque. Unfortunately, for the Impact Shell, unlike the Trim, the back shows a lot of fingerprints. Another aspect of the Impact Shell case that I didn't like was that the bottom of case was always loose, but this was inherently due to the material used in the case (plasticy, siliconey type material).

I checked out the Rocketfish Soft Shell because a lot of people likened this to the PixelSkin HD (one of my favourite cases for my iPhone4) minus the squares on the back. I was about to leave the store when I looked at the bottom of the case, every opening was surrounded by the case, the bottom wasn't open like on the Tech21 case. I figured that this would be a problem once the 30-pin to Lightning adapter became available.

I left the store with an Incase Slider in black. I would have preferred a case with a smoother texture, not so much the grippy feel of the Slider, but this will hold me me until something better comes along.

ordered a clear tpu case off ebay. same one someone in these forums reccomended. The case sucks. They sent a slip of paper since its different than the one advertised. The button areas are all cutout and the sides are a rough material. Not a big deal since it was $5 but now im just going no case until i get my Desmay

Was thinking about getting an otterbox defender as I work in construction but what put me off was the opening for the front camera and the bottom speaker is open as well. I used to take my iPhone 4 to work with me and the amount of dust which got in the speakers and other parts of the phone was terrible so was really wanting a tough case which covered all ports/openings etc. just going to keep the iPhone at home while I'm at work for now and take a cheap phone in.

Got the Rocketfish Mobile Softshell Case for iPhone 5 in Clear today for about $23 from Best Buy (sku #6424122) and loving it so far. I have it on the white iPhone5 and it really shows off the beautiful design without adding a lot of bulk. The TPU material fits very well and everything lines up perfect. The back has an opening for the camera and flash that is larger and I have tested that it does not affect flash performance or ghost the flash on images. The top button is covered, volume buttons are covered, side silence switch is opened, and the bottom has openings for speakers, earphone jack, and lightening connector. The sides come over to protect/cover the chamfered edges, and have kind of a blur effect on the chamfered edges due to the material so it makes seeing scratches difficult. I think this would be a very nice case for the black iPhone, for that reason. There's also no branding visible except for a very small discreet logo on the bottom right side which I didn't even see until I looked for one. Will see how it holds up to dust and wear, but so far pleased.

Really want no case, but afraid if scratches on black anodized iPhone. I ordered the bodyguards film protection which doesn't appear to protect bevel, so unless I find full clear wrap of some sort, I will need a case.

I know nothing about this one, but kinda like the look:
