I want the Taktik 5 (#1) or Lifeproof, but neither are out yet and wont be for a little bit... good thing Im still waiting on my backordered phone or Id cave and buy something else

after 2 cases in 3 days i finally settle on the Black Otterbox Commuter case.. So far really happy and now the phone is protected.. The others didn't give me that sense of protection.. 1st case was a all black Belkin and 2nd case was a clear one from Amazon.. Bought the Otterbox today...

I always use the same one. Fits all models and comes free with ever generation iPhone. It's the one Apple makes to put the internals in. This time it's aluminum and some glass.

Incase Pro Snap Case, bought from my local Apple store yesterday, seems to be the only iPhone 5 case they sell for now and not available online as far as I can see

I ordered the SGP Bumper and screen protector. While I wait for that I got the clear snap on from Radio Shack and the Incipio Feather from Wal-Mart. Not sure which others to try....

Can't tell from the pictures, but does it cover the whole top and bottom? I don't like leaving it uncovered...
I was wondering the same thing. Ill find when I get it next week. By the looks of it from an angle, it looks like the top and bottom are covered.

I actually have a defender and like it in some situations. I got the bolt version and like it. But for daily use, I want something smaller and fits in the pocket better...
well the commuter case is not bulky at all and fits in my pocket... i think the defender is a little more bulky..
is a plastic screwless bumper which looks like cleave....
since its not aluminium, it wont affect the signal.., scratch ur sides + LIGHT as a feather!!!!!
I have the Noot as well in white for my white phone. For $9.99 it's really a nice case. I like that it is slim but goes completely around the phone. The cut outs are decent and the buttons work well. And the workmanship and quality of the molding of the case is very good. If I had one minor gripe, it would be that the white doesn't match the iPhone white. I've seen that with most of the white cases - they are more of a cooler, bluish white and the iPhone white is more of a warm white.
Me neither, there was just the one at the Apple Store for £19.99
The sides have a matte rubberised texture so its easier to grip, the only problem being that the case sticks out at the top of the iPhone making it a bit harder to press the power button

How is the sleep/wake button? Some have reported the incipio cases are hard to press.
