I'm late to the party here, but seeing as my phone just shipped today, I might as well join in :p

I REALLY wanted to get another Roots case for the 5, however they don't seem to sell them. It's saved my 4 countless times.

Does anyone know of a nice soft rubbery case that's easy to take the phone in and out of? Preferably if anyone has every used the Roots case and now has a 5. I feel like the hard cases (unless it's absolutely solid) aren't going to do much for absorbing an impact if I drop my phone in say a parking lot.

This case is extremely nice. If I didn't know any better, I would think it was a $30 case. I have been through 7 cases so far and this one looks and feels the best in hand. All sides are covered and well protected. The seller even included two dust stoppers for the 3.5mm jack and the lightning port. The pictures do not do this case any justice. It looks very professional and business like. The pattern on the back is more subtle than it appears in the picture.

This is an Aluminum case, very light, no signal loss, looks awesome, and feels good in hand. This is another case in which the pictures do it no justice. This is definitely an attention getter.

I wish I could use multiple cases at once. :(

What case is this? Where did you buy it?

Any opinions/reviews on the "Belkin Grip Candy Sheer"?
Wanna get this for occasional use when I go out jogging and stuff. Normally wanna carry it in a sleeve.

Best case out right now IMO. If you want your phone to still be slim with a little protection, it's a great choice. Doesn't have problems with lifting screen protectors and it has easy removal, as opposed to the Candyshell by Speck. Hope you get it. It really is a great case.

AmazonBasics Protective TPU Case

This type of case appears to me to provide a minimum amount of protection. Is that accurate? My criteria is something not overly bulky, but provides good protection, and is colorful/distinctive. I finally found a Speck Candyshell Grip in the store for a iP4. I'm really glad I did not buy this one online for my ip5.

I'm just using it to protect it from scratches. I'm not too worried about serious damage.

I'm finding the Switcheasy Tones best fits my needs. Not the thinnest case out there but it doesn't mess with my screen protector and I feel it's the best compromise between protection and the thinner cases. I also like that the case goes full around the phone. I hate the cases with the tops and bottoms fully open - just takes away from the uniform look. The price is higher than some but the workmanship and production quality is really good.

For case, I'm getting the Pinlo Slice.

But I'm having a hard time deciding between the Bodyguardz Pure or the SGP GLAS.tR. Will I be able to use either of these with the Slice?

Incase Pro Snap Case, bought from my local Apple store yesterday, seems to be the only iPhone 5 case they sell for now and not available online as far as I can see
