I was looking at some of the hands on video and pictures Wired put out on the iphone 5 and the black one looked so filthy, granted it has been played with by people, but all the bits and fingerprints put me off.

Either way, I know iphone users will pretty much keep their pristine. I might go for the black next year with the 5s , we shall see

$100 for double the space. I'm not a free loader so in return I help him with his businesses and pretty much anything he needs. I have two phones to sell and a ton of computer parts.

P.S, it's "whose" and at least is two words. :)
 
White.

3G was white (back).

4 was black (ordered before white available).

So White this time. I'll get some case, anyway, so back may not be visible anyway. Case sure helped protect my 4 compared to my 3G which didn't have one.

Slobs or not and two of them are girls that would take exception to your comments. The guy friend's white phone was just as nasty as the other two. Debris on the edge of the hole where the home button goes in and around the edges.

ouchhhhh you burnt me!!LOL I have a 32GB and I find that to be ALOT, thats why I commented!
 
Decided to get the white so it would match my iPad and Air. I've alternated so far going white, black and now white again so the next one I get will probably be black just to keep the pattern going :)
 
White.

Anodized aluminum scratches way to much, black gonna look like **** in 3-6months.
 
Was thinking of going for the white one for the first time with an iPhone but at crunch time I went with black like my previous ones have been.
 
mine is black.

But i wish apple would make similar colour as macbook pro - that will look damn sexy phone in the world.
 
I ordered a 64 GB white one. I've had two black iPhones to date and wanted a changed. As well, I'm guessing that the black will show more finger and ear prints than the white one.:eek:

I went with black because of the black frame and buttons.

Apples colored iPods have held up quite well and I'm hoping the black iPhone will be no exception since is uses the same process.

I also think the white with its "near-mirror finish of the iPhone’s beveled edge" might pick up scratches like the old 3g/3gs chrome bezel.

Either way I'm equally sure the case argument will soon start about covering the whole thing up anyway.

Soon to be followed with my case trapped debris and scratched my iPhone.

again,your friends are nasty. no offense even the white phones on display at the apple store are cleaner than your friends. would it kill them to clean their phone once in a while. and for the record girls can be even dirtier than men when it comes to keeping their electronics clean.
 
I just can't stand the anodized black aluminium. Oh sorry. I can't stand the "slate" aluminium.

And to me, even though I've only had black iPhones (apart from the original iPhone), the white and silver aluminium looks gorgeous, at least in photographs.
