I really want to go black based purely on pics; however, I bought a black iPad and the fingerprints drive me crazy. My wife's black iPhone is also covered in fingerprints.

Never have that problem on my white 4s.

again,your friends are nasty. no offense even the white phones on display at the apple store are cleaner than your friends. would it kill them to clean their phone once in a while. and for the record girls can be even dirtier than men when it comes to keeping their electronics clean.

Could it be that you can not SEE?

The white iPhone is no more dirty that the average black one, it just stands out more. It is a phone to be used and some do not worship like a God and use it as a tool, as nasty as it is!

I ordered white. I wanted a white 4, but it wasn't available at launch, as we know, and I didn't want to wait for it. White is just more flashy to me, more my personality. I was tempted by the black, I like that the antena is black. But black tech devices are so cliched in my opinion, that I went with white.
