PlaceofDis, do you still manage to snack throughout the day? I can't imagine going more than four hours without a meal.

some days, but rarely. i usually only have one meal a day. thats all.

Today, like the past 4-5 days I've worked, I've had shish tawook (spicy marinated chicken kabobs - comes with salad, rice, hummus, and pita) for lunch.

Ever since I got the first one, Ive been getting them every day. I LOVE them :)

I also stopped drinking soda, and my overall diet is much better now (except the oreos and milk habit I can't seem to shake...)

Dude, eat more regularly. It's good for ya. :p

i try, honestly i do, but i only eat when i'm hungry. but i do have a high fluid intake. and i do think i may have a slight problem with anorexia. but i've actually been better more recently about eating healthier foods and more often.

usually though, its just dinner for me, and maybe a few chips here and there throughout the day.

Boots meal deal :) absolutely perfect.

Chicken and bacon salad
Chocolate Sundae
Orange and mango Feel Good Drink

pretty much have the same thing whenever I'm in town. Of all the posh restaurants, of all the cheap restaurants and cafes, nothing beats Boots in my book :D

No way! Boots meal deals are horrible - soggy sandwiches and processed crappy ingredients. You can usually get a nice freshly made baguette for the same price from a little shop somewhere. Much nicer... One near me does a huge Swiss cheese, pastrami and dill pickle one for £2.20, which is delicious, and it's made on the spot so it's crisp and lovely.

I was at home for lunch today, so had some nice homemade pasta. :)

Well lunch is still a few hours away, but yesterday I made sausage rolls because I was bored. I was feeling inventive to I added middle eastern spices to the sausage mince along with some grated carrot and fresh parsley. They turned out really well! :)

Fair enough. Just keep an eye on that little problem of anorexia thing. That's not cool at all. :(

thanks, and i know its a problem. i don't know if it stems from when i was a wrestler in high school always watching my weight and whatnot, but i have on occasion gone a couple days with no solids before. last summer was bad, between work and not eating i lost 15 pounds. i've gained 10 of that back since, and i don't want to lose anymore. so hopefully since i'm comfortable with where i'm at i won't have issues.

now for a homemade pizza for dinner. only Pringles for lunch today.

Don't forget that having a medium sized breakfast lunch 'n' dinner means you're less likely to gain weight than only eating one meal. And it's healthier too. :)

Homemade pizzas though - good call. What toppings?
