What do you do when things get tense? We all have our ways of dealing, what's yours?

My release is a late afternoon drive in the knobs. Windows rolled down, favorite band put on repeat on the iPod and enjoying the winding road that cover the edges of the knob's cliff and shoot through wooded tunnels. Gets me every time. :)

I usually play music on my MacBook Pro rather loudly and lay back on my bed and listen to it.

when i'm feeling down in the dumps, i either go for a brisk walk or do aerobics....really, it sounds stupid but bouncing around always makes me feel better.

occasionally....and i mean very rarely....i will go shopping for a new article of clothing. i try not to do that, though.

    Guitar... or Halo/GTA

    Depends-
When down- I play guitar. Mellow, mellow chord progressions with a little 420 (in small moderations, otherwise I'm a zombie). Mmmm. Ice cream too. Mmmm.

When stressed- I play drums. When that doesn't work, I play Halo online. I suck but occasionally I'm good enough to own a loud mouth player. I hate loud mouths in online gaming, but I think I secretly love them because I know how mad they get when they get owned, so it's good fun and a safe release of male aggression. Mmmm. And Ice Cream.

When that doesn't work, I steal the fire truck in Vice City GTA and go on a demoliton rampage.

Other than that- movies / TV / girlfriend. Oh, and MacRumors. :p

    Drink.
    Draw scribbly, pointless pictures.
Listen to music I wouldn't usually listen to (as in cheesier, harder, etc. than usual :p)
Drift off in my own little world, usually whilst in the process of the above.
    Run (before the drinking ;)).
