when i'm stressed and down, i don't like to think. anything that causes my mind to stray will do. such activities include: watching television, eating, playing video games, grabbing coffee with friends (good way to pass time w/o serious thought) and even sleep.
what i don't like to do is exercise or drive. i'm always thinking about things i'm worrying about when i exercise/drive. it's not a good thing to do while either exercising or (esp.) driving, but it's what happens.
