No, but it's not a bad idea if they open a special watch store.
See the things in my Sig? I'm likely to buy another Mac or iOS device in the future. Just not the watch in it's current form.
Why wouldn't they just sell as many colours as possible?
I would pay absolutely any amount of money for that yellow band.
I'm still curious to know how you know these bands are going to be limited?
Until a better pic comes out, I can't give an honest opinion. Judging from just the washed out picture, the shades of colors are odd choices, particularly the ones on top.

This isn't like a phone or an iPad. Where you introduce it, and simply say these are the accessories. It really just is a high price toy or fashion accessory. So Apple is marketing it as such.
One of the things you do in that case, is slowly roll out everything you can get for it. To build excitement. I expect Apple to slowly release different bands, different colors over the next year.
(And don't expect these bands to work on the next watch. I expect them to come up with a slightly different way of the bands being swapped on the next watch. Forcing you to buy a different watch, and a new set of bands each year.)
You must be great at parties.
What form would you like, then?
I agree the bands are exclusive to the Edition (due to the gold pins). They're not likely to offer the more exotic colors for the Sport collection if they want to maintain the exclusivity of the higher models.
Which would be extremely frustrating if true. Kinda ironic that the Edition model would have more than 3x Sport band choices than the SPORT model. I really hope at least some of these come without the gold pin!
Except it doesn't. Those were likely just test samples and they ultimately settled on just two colors (white and black) to be sold retail. Even so, they're not likely to make available the red Sport strap in order to maintain the exclusively of the bright red Modern Buckle, which many people immediately recognize as the $17,000 Apple Watch.

Are you so self-important that you think anyone else cares what you think? I mean, seriously. It's borderline narcissistic. Someone would lock you up in a mental institution if you walked in to a store and just yelled that out.
A better example would be if you would walk in to a Tesla dealership and announce "I'm not buying one of these until they have 1,000 mile range". The salespeople would look at you like you were insane. Which you are.
If it's offered in later generations, I'm sure I'd opt for the space black stainless steel Apple Watch with the matching black Milanese loop.
I wouldn't be surprised if Apple announces a (PRODUCT) RED version of the sports band later this year.
Black and Gold? they already have this... unfortunately prices start at $10,000![]()
I am thanks. Can I ask what that has to do with the Apple Watch?
Minimum of a weeks battery life.
A link bracelet that costs significantly less than the obscene £379 Apple charge.

The salespeople would look at you like you were insane. Which you are. You reek of someone trying to make themselves feel better about their choice to not get an Apple Watch. You have no constructive criticism, you just came in and said "I'm not getting one so I don't care." We don't care that you don't care. Leave this thread and don't come back.
