I have never used any illegal drugs and I really don't understand the reasons for doing so in the first place. I find drugs to be scary and pointless, why would you want to try something you may become helplessly addicted to?

The closest I ever got was sitting too close to some folks smoking weed at a concert (indoors). I got a tiny contact high and that was it.

I have no desire to try any "street drugs."

I would appreciate if my Dr would prescribe some Valium. I had it for anxiety when getting an MRI and I've had a few other times when I could have used that kind of relaxation. Alas, I'm too much of a wuss to even try getting that on the side.

Besides, if I did and my job pulled me for a random test (and they do them occasionally) I'd likely lose my job.

I never did any drugs nor do I intend do.

So naturally you're an authority on the subject.

I am after Zen/Mediation so I could be "on a trip" all the time

believe me, you have not tripped. You have been sold a placebo.

But I find it disturbing that so many people claim doing drugs - is it so easy to get the stuff in the country where you live?

Well marijuana, shrooms, and salvia are all natural plants.

What would you guys/gals have done if drugs were not so easily accessible? The doctor prescribed drugs seem to me are almost as dangerous as the illegal ones w.r.t their ability to hook you and their side effects.
Again: You're an expert?

I pity the kids really who are not able to make sane choices

because kids these days can't think for themselves...

if instant relief is so easily available you wouldn't blame them for trying out.

Why should relief be something you have to work toward if you can get it instantly? Who are you to judge that people are just looking for relief? Believe it or not a bag of shrooms can be as much fun as Disneyland!

Makes me think I should pack my bags and kids and go live in a cave or something! Or may be I should just educate them early on.

Good plan.

The only drugs I have used were all legal prescriptions due to injuries.

Cracked my ribs, broke my leg, etc....all get a variety of pain-killers.

That's it

is it really wise to admit to doing illegal drugs? ESPECIALLY if you are underage as well?

people forget the internet is forever and also that you can get in trouble if you are underage and drinking and have photos on facebook to prove it for example

why people will say anything just because someone asks is beyond me. no good at all comes from admitting anything. all you do is reply to a thread (which no one really cares about your answers) and open the door to further issues down the road potentially

thats my 2 cents

uh, yea id like to see an anonymous message board be the bases of an arrest:rolleyes:

How could you prove anyone on here did anything? You cant.

Well one doesn't exactly need to be an authority on characteristics of fire to not put their hand in fire - just common sense is enough. Ever read the side effects of prescription drugs? To me addiction of that stuff cannot be good.

I happen to be a very picky, no-nonsense person and I can say for sure that Zen and Meditation are 100% real if you understand it and implement it the right way.

Any way whatever floats your boat I guess - as long as Zen isn't banned everything is accepted! :)

Same here at the first concert I went to. Didn't like it one bit so never bothered. I just don't see any value in purposely losing your mind I guess, even too much caffeine or hayfever medicine makes me all edgy.

Trying to argue against drugs with people who use them is a lost cause. I have tried so many times, and it leads nowhere. I have learned to stop trying, and my friends that use can continue to do so and I will keep my mouth shut. But the fact that they think nobody around them knows, notices, or cares is stupid. But whatever, its their body and if thats what they want to do with it, so be it.

Trying to reason gets nowhere. It's like talking to a wall. Except there is a greater chance the wall will cave in before the user.

I've tried a fair amount of illicit drugs that require inhalation or ingestion. Never injection though, as I have a phobia about needles. All that was over 15 years ago.

In recent years I've mainly had SSRIs, Tricyclics and a Tetracyclic. But all that stopped at the beginning of this year...

What drugs have you tried or still continue to use? I'm just wondering how many drugs some of you members have done or still use. I can admit to having done shrooms and i continue to smoke weed. I'm just curious to see what you guys have done. LSD Coke? whatever i just want to know

You talking about legal ones or the stuff people obtain in the street?

And why would anyone who've dealt with the hardcore illegal stuff criminalised themselves online where their IP could be traced?

o in case anyone does read this thread and ever thinks of, does, goings to, sell coc (or any drug), i tell you from what a man told me that i truly respect.

"Get the hell out when you say 'I am making bank'."
it saved me.

Wow dude, you're from the streets huh?

some of you paranoid guys sound like this kid i know who is a meth head.

always saying "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH CHOPPPERSSSSSSSSS, hide here they can't see us" hehehe

Wow dude, you're from the streets huh?
hahaha ya streets of socal white suburbia

I've really been wanting to try LSD, like real bad idk y. Has anyone here dropped acid? can u tell me what its like?

If you saw a pill laying on the sidewalk, would you pick it up and put in your mouth? When you take street drugs you don't really know what you're getting. Forget the acid, just go rent the movie Mulholland Drive instead.

Let's post experiences as well! I've only tried marijuana and alcohol and that's probably all I want to try, but am extremely interested in the whole way drugs can just completely change someone's mindset.

How's Saliva, LSD, and Meth? I'm too intimidated to try either but have always wondered what could possibly come out of it. In the movie "Pirates of the Silicon Valley" Steve Jobs was on LSD and the trip was just remarkable.

When I worked at the theaters last summer I found a bag of four or five pills with off white powder in them. I did the pinky-to-the-powder-then-mouth maneuver and threw the bag of them out. It tasted very odd.

Good plan.

Your views are obviously skewed, probably by the surplus of cell modifying substances you have in your brain. I don't know what state you come from (wait, yes, I do) but I'm certain there must be only a few cocky potheads like yourself. Do you really find consolation in acting like you know an infinite more amount of information than any other person here? Beliefs are beliefs; someone might think that meditation is powerful (it actually is), someone might think they're cool by knowing "more" about drugs than another person and some other people (call them crazy if you will) might think someone is an idiot for knowing that information.

I don't understand any of your slightly testily-worded reply, but that sentence just seems a bit childish to me given he's not implying that at all. spaceboots I agree. The fire analogy was good. And getting run over by a semi doesn't automatically make me an authority on getting run over by semis. We're dealing with experiences wherein the experiencee must actually commit to learning something, and given the topic under discussion the more knowledge you try to acquire conversely the less brain cells you have available to do so.

I know many people who have done heavy drugs, and though they're clean now, they're completely fried and certainly aren't an authority on drugs.
