it was exactly what the trailer looked like. I liked FFX-2. The story was decent for the weird ending of FFX. The battle system was fun.

We had opposite experiences. I thought the combat of FFX-2 was okay but the game had too much "busy work" for me. I was very irritated that after 60+ hours I hadn't done enough of it to get a "good" ending.

I enjoyed X start to finish.

This week I have played Just Cause 3 which I bought for just a few ££.

Brilliant physics and damage engine for such as old game. Frame rate is great on the Series X.

Unfortunately I find the missions a bit repetitive. It's also trying to be an open world game but really isn't one. Lastly the story and dialogues are a bit too simple to keep me intrigued.

I have found just playing around in the “sandbox” to be much more fun.

like putting boosters on a car or person and going for height or distance.

I just finished Yakuza: Like a Dragon last week, as I waited until the PS5 version came out. Next week Judgment rereleases on PS5 and that's what I'll be playing next!

While I wait, I'm going through some of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot on the XboneX.

playing Horizon Zero Dawn again :)

I mean it suck PS5 has 0 games but its almost May and these things are impossible to find still. I have just been playing all the free games on PS plus.

also playing FF7 remake on hard. Hell house is ***** impossible. All my guys are level 50. Keep dying when it sends in the two robots at the end. or it just goes on god mode for a long time. On hard it's more fun since you actually have to block.

Waiting to see what the May free PS plus games are and the free Play at home game is for May. If neither are good I'm going to start either persona or Final fantasy 15.

Is anyone here playing Returnal yet?
No, but the game is intriguing me... On one hand it looks awesome and the setting/story seems cool, but on the other hand I'm not sure about this replaying over and over again, ok, with a random world so it's never the same again, but you "know" you're replaying again and again, so not sure if that's going to keep being interesting...

In finished CoD: Modern Warfare. Now playing Modern Warfare 2.

It's the same for the Series X. I've had mine since launch day. However the first batch of full blooded next gen games are not due until H2 2021. This basically means any time between June and December. Hardly any studio is in a rush to announce exact launch dates.

I'm getting a bit bored of browsing through 3-6 year old games in the weekly deals section. :(

I'm not used to saying this but, I agree with you. Although they call it "rogue-lite". You do keep some things when you die but replaying the same sections is not appealing to me. But everything I've read/watched about the game is raving about it.

I keep reading it’s a „rogue-lite“.

What does that mean?

It's slang for a game with procedurally generated levels where you're permanently dead and have to start from scratch when you die. I love how Wikipedia explains the confusing terminology: "To distinguish these from traditional roguelikes, such games may be referred to as "rogue-lite", "roguelike-like", or "procedural death labyrinths"." There's an ancient game called Rogue that implemented these concepts.

does the Xbox Series X make old games look better with Ray tracing? My friends Fallout 4 defiantly looks better than it does on my PS5.

Also when will they finally let us get the PC mods. I see People playing GTA and are able to be King Kong or Iron man. I want that

Depends on the developer.

And don't think we'll ever get PC Mods, since everything distributed on a console is "official". And mods open the door for cheaters...
