If Apple is announcing a 4S tomorrow, what have the engineers been doing for the last year? (I'm giving them the 3 or 4 months that it'd take to figure out how to put the A5 in, that's why I'm saying THE LAST YEAR).

Post images of what you believe they've been doing with their time.

Getting drunk at bars knowing that if they loose a 4s it won't be as big of a deal. In fact they probably designed the 4s with this in mind.

Because that's so easy you could have done it in a couple of weeks, amirite?

I gave them 4 months. If they can't figure out how to move some things around to make a little more room for a slightly larger processor in 4 months, then they should probably go find a different job.

Just because we"ll be seeing a 4S tomorrow doesn't mean Apple hasn't been working on its successor. They probably started on it before the iPhone 4 even came out.

And here is the current situation for tomorrow guys.. :D

Put your money where your mouth is, let's see you pull this easy little job off.

You've got four months.

Shove an A5 into an iPhone 4 case. Battery life should not suffer at all, of course. Oh, and while you're at it, make it a world phone, too, please.

LOL. Give me a few billion dollars and I'll have it done by the end of the week.

New stand invented by Apple today for the office of tomorrow. Maybe i'll get one of these then... lol

You can't really blame the engineers. I mean they probably have like 50 prototypes built and fully functional, but those models are not effective from a cost or production standpoint. These two are always the limiting factors to what they can make vs what they can sell.

I'm pretty sure there's a 4.5" retina screen, A6 quad core, 15 mp camera, 2gb ram, NFC, LTE, new blutooth, titanium, thinner than the iPod touch model in the lab, aka iPhone 6 or 7, but the battery life with everything on is 1 hour.

I'd take it as long as it looks different from the 4s.

I see you have never done any engineering work.

Apple more than likely started working on the iPhone 4S/5 way before a year ago.....

deadline is tomorow b4 10.00 and there is one cable that has a faulty connection, if we do not fix this, no coverage for the US.. So, they're quite bussy at the moment, so i doubt you get help if you really need it..

So you'd prefer a phone that doesn't work properly but looks different rather than one that has evolved from the 4?

Evolution is generally better than revolution in these cases.
