Depends. Most of the time I'm good with the airpods. Unlike the earliest, I have had no issues with them falling out while mobile.

I use Boses QC35 when I'm working or relaxing.

I also have a drawer will with BT headphones from Amazon and I haven't used anything wired since the headphone jack was removed.

I’m looking for exercise earphones...

The RHA MA650 are superior to beatsx or etc but the heavy band is not great for sprinting or even just running, not good for the gym.

jlab have ignored me since I returned the epic2s despite numerous emails enquiring. Basically I sent them back for RMA and I have heard nothing back since then. They had a poor fit despite numerous tips and spending $30 on comply tips and a dodgy battery after a few months. worst purchase, wirecutter must have many angry readers...

I prefer IEM so it rules out airpods as the earpods sound and fit did not agree with me.

I guess I have to wait till IFA 2018 to wait for WF-1000XM2. from the current edition, battery would need to be upgraded and maybe IPX5/6/7.

AirPods and beats wireless.

My kids have wired beats and they use those or the earbuds.

Thinksound ms02s connected via Radsone Earstudio. Never liked any of the Apple earphones.

Powerbeats for the gym, AirPods and BeatsX for when I’m on the go and Bose QC35s for home. I’ve also got a pair of Beats Studio 3s that I picked up for the W1 chip, but I prefer the noise cancelling on the Bose.

Have AirPods as a Christmas gift but being within the return period I may return for a better pair of NC Bluetooth over ears for 50 hour work week commute and cubicle time. Any recommendations? Sony’s latest seems popular.

When I'm outside walking I need open phones and use the Urbanears Sumpan. They look good and are cheap enough that it's not a worry to lose them. I agree with this review about Sumpan having better / clearer sound than the Beats X:

Using Bose QC30. Works great for commuting with the noise cancelling and not bulky to keep around your neck when not using.

Quite a few options here as well:

For the gym it’s the Bose Soundsport Pulse.
For walks/jogs around the ‘hood it’s the Powerbeats wireless 3.
The backups for walks around the ‘hood are the Jaybird X3s.
For my everyday use, it’s the AirPods; hands down. The AirPods are just so convenient and compact.

For casual listening(office, working on laptop mobile) I have a pair of AirPods, they’re just so convenient. Sometimes I use my pair of Bluetooth Sony mdr-xb950bt headphones when I want some thumping bass.

For working out I have 2 pairs:

1. Over the ear, blue ant pumpzone. Great bass and battery life. Sweat proof. Can remove the ear cushions to rinse when they get get nasty from sweat. Built like a tank.

2. New Trent, completely wireless earbuds. Decent sound, sweat proof and about 3 hours of battery life which is more than enough for my hour to an hour and a half workouts. Oh yeah they’re completely wireless like the AirPods. They were only $20 at the time of purchase but still awesome at $30. Imagine completely wireless Powerbeats.
