I understand the camera, CPU and Siri. To me they are enough of a reason right there. The other reasons you listed aren't really good reasons. Depending on the metric, the iPhone 4 battery can be better than the iPhone 4S battery(http://www.apple.com/iphone/compare-iphones/), iOS 5 is available on the iPhone 4, and the iPhone 4 comes in white.

I love my iPhone 4, but I'm going to love the 4S even more.
I use my camera daily, and shoot video all the time, which is going to be the biggest improvement for me. Siri will be nice, may get a little annoying after a while. CPU speed will be great and I can't wait for airplay mirroring.

3) HPSA+ (I live in an area with really good HPSA+ coverage, based on what I've seen from other HPSA+ devices in my area, my speed will probably double and may come close to tripling)
Really it's a big gap between 1 & 2 though. (Though I suppose processor speed is the biggest reason why Siri is 4S only, unless Apple is just trying to gank us). Being able to just talk to my phone and have it make appointments that then sync through iCloud back to my iCal will be a game changer for me. I'm on the road a lot, get phone calls with people wanting to set up meetings while I'm driving. I either have to irritate them by telling them they have to email me or risk forgetting. Now, Just hold down the button on my headphone for a sec, say "schedule a meeting with jon for tomorrow at 4" and voila.

Battery could go either way, as for White 4 was not available during release, and since I bought Black I could not get the White, but now that I am eligible, I am happy to get White.
I think the biggest point is the combo of
CPU, iOS5, but my #1 reason is the Camera, I think this thing will be my all in one solution for what I do, however we will see in time. The ability to take low light photos will be crucial for me, as my 4 is not so good at that.

I tired using android and I wanted to try something new.
Plus, being a college student, Siri might prove very useful when I'm out and about. The location-based reminders will also be great when I'm riding my bike across town and when I go to specific classrooms on campus.
