Some German mustards can be quite sweet

There are very different tastes of mustard here in Germany. I think we can speak of some kind of "mustard borders".

Translation of the text:

Mustard consumption: regional differences
Medium-hot in the East, hot mustard in the West and sweet mustard in Southern Germany.

This might be basically true but Aldi sells a mustard that is labeled as medium-hot but tastes more hot.

I dined out with friends in an award winning restaurant last night.

We feasted on sautéed halibut, served with baked potatoes and aioli, and lightly curried romanesco, all washed down with a lovely white wine from the Loire region.

Craving fajitas.

Grilled the steak, veggies in frypan. After slicing the steak mixed it in with the veggies to stay hot, steamed up some flour tortillas, filled them and topped with homemade pico de gallo and Mexican créma.
