If you looked more into rap music, its history and some real rappers, (not fake pop rap that itunes labels as hip hop) then I think you would realize that they are not "clowns" and some rappers are AMAZING lyricists and can come up with some of the best, most thought out lyrics ever. Listen to some 2pac, the song changes.

Every genre has good musicians, you can't argue with that. (And if you try, just know that you're automatically wrong. )

I still can't believe that Kesha is a real Popstar. The tinfoil hat part of me kind of thinks the record companies are just experimenting to see how stupid the human race really is. Same with Lil Wayne. Those two are the epitome of untalented dog crap.

I'm often amused and rather impressed by lil waynes wordplay. He's a cut above the rest in that department, I feel. While he can be over the top he does regularly include creative rhymes and wordplay with more wit than most.

No. there's no such thing as "good rap". They are clowns with over sized clothes or the latest craze, skinny jeans and small sized shirts, who "sing" about thrash

Eminem gifted but i don't like him to much. Kanye west would have to be my favorite actually. he is a great producer and rapper. right now least favorite basically anything country. Not sayin they don't have talent or songwriting skill but i just dont like the music.
