What is your most desired 5S hardware feature?

Id like to see a phablet-like iphone. If my ipad mini could natively text mobile numbers and make calls, it would be perfect for me.

But then as a replacement of the home button. My 4’s home button isn't that responsive anymore; have to push it twice to get somewhere.

That's not a bad idea but I'd imagine it would need to be the size thumb including the pad. Not just the tip like it is not. I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not.

Anything other than bigger screen is not going to improve the iPhone's standing against the other smartphones.
A bigger screen is a must if Apple wants to sell phones and not have them gathering up in the hands of retailers like today.

This poll reminds me why people don't really understand Apple. Some of the features in the poll have absolutely no meaning. Others of course do.
I want an iPhone 5S with a better camera, and improved battery life. Everything else doesn't matter to me.

because I am a late adopter of iPhone, but based in my lifestyle, more RAM, more storage, better processor and waterproofing can fit the bill for me....

I think the feature that I desire the most is a larger battery. While a bigger screen would be nice, compared to being able to use my phone for a longer amount of time without worrying about it, it's just a luxury.

Although I voted for camera improvement with Optical Image stabilization, I am also hoping that Apple releases iPhone5s with 32GB/64GB/128GB capacities maintaining price structure of $199/$299/$399 with 2-year contract.

Last time they bumped up min capacity was with 3GS from 8 to 16, so seems a fair bet.
