Structural Engineer by day and Graduate Student by night (in other words: no life)

I do not use a case for either phone at the moment (iPhone 5 and 4S)

Occupational Therapy Student...(aspiring doctor in the field of neurology *fingers crossed*)

Classes are damn long and I use my 4s a lot on notes, pdfs etc
I rock the speck fabshell currently.

Video Product Manager and currently I'm rocking a case on my 4S, but I'm considering going naked when I upgrade to the 5 in a couple of weeks.

College Student/Supervisor at a worldwide hotel chain.

I'll be using a speck candyshell along with a zagg invisible shield all the way around.

Part time student/Full time retail. I use full protection invisible shield, and a case.

University administrator and yoga teacher. Currently a CaseCrown glider; soon a CaseCrown snap. I may switch to a Desmay later.

Video photographer and editor.

Naked

(Thanks for the thread, btw. I don't care too much about who uses a case but I'm finding the career variety fascinating!)

Homeless man...Bum really, so yes I need a case but I prefer going naked like the rest of my daily life.

I'm an elementary school teacher and shoot wedding photography on the side. I like the minimalism and sexiness of a caseless phone but want to make sure the screen doesn't get scratched in my pocket so I go with protective films. I used to use Bodyguardz but switched to BestSkinsEver when the iPad 2 came out.

Desk Jockey. Incipio case (I really should figure out what this thing is called)

I'm more active outside of work though so my job isn't what dictates my case choice. Plus I have a 19-month-old. :p
