Not sure where to place this but I'd like to get the idea of how many people are using Intels/PPC's.

I have my blackbook for all, I was going to get a pro but with current living arrangements and school it a lappy was the best buy for me at the time and still is.

MacBook C2D 2.16GHz. Great for Uni, and I have it hooked up to a display/keyboard/mouse while I'm at home.
i voted intel laptop, but i really use my laptop and desktop equally (or at least i try to)

Intel Laptop for me - 17" C2D MacBook Pro (pre-SR). I also have an iMac G5 Rev. C which gets some use.
G5 iMac at work and a G4 PB at home and everywhere else. Still need to use a Classic program once in a while....
If and when you upgrade to Intel, there is always SheepShaver for when you need a Classic app...

What on earth do you do? Do you use all that screen real-estate?
I have a SR MBP Base model (except for the HDD 200GB CTO)
I spend 8 hours a day in front of a Dual 2.3 GHz PPC G5. We'll upgrade again in probably another 2 years.
15" Powerbook G4. Still going strong. Someday I'll get a new iMac with Leopard. Someday.
Thanks for the tip. I wonder what level of geekiness and additional software (a copy of OS 9?) is required to install and use it on an Intel Mac. From a cursory glance at their website the answers still aren't obvious.
