In all seriousness, I only did because it was a lengthy dedicated relationship, not a one-night thing otherwise I never would have. I think regardless of your age, being a virgin is a very honorable thing. Pretty soon you will be vintage since there are fewer and fewer virgins around, and everyone knows ladies loooove vintage, so chin up.

Uhhh, does porno count as music? There wasn't exactly a soundtrack that I could remember, but I do remember that there was something about a teacher, and a student in detention, and spanking.... IN THE PORNO, I MEAN! ;)

I searched "Beautiful World" and none were by ColdPlay... Oh, and I haven't lost it yet.
I'm not 21 though... Still 18

no music --- i lost mine and it was a one night stand after the bar while on vacation in mexico with another tourist, i was 16 , i have yet to have sex while IN a relationship.

being a virgin only sounds good in theory, in practice i prefer my way ;)

people are to uptight about sex, they make it into some big deal, it's not, it's natural and it's fun, be smart, be safe and be playful.
also i'm seeing the wrong attitude, it seems that the mentality is that you NEED to IMPRESS women, you DON'T - if you get into the mind set that they need to impress you, you will be a lot more successful (there is a little more to it, but that's the idea)

are far as being a virgin and it being appealing to a woman, that really depends on the reason behind WHY you are a virgin. IF you are a virgin by choice because you believe it is should be done in a committed relationship, even marriage, that's great and you will probably get a lot of girls AHHHing over you--- BUT if you are a virgin simply because you've tried and failed, women WILL sense it and avoid you like a plague, if you tried and failed the problem is something in you're doing wrong, NOT THEM.

most just as much as men, and they want to have sex,
when a women goes out with you, she has already thought about whether or not she WILL or WILL not have sex with you.

the difference is a women doesn't want to feel like she's a slut if she sleeps with you, SO, she has developed an anti-wussy protective slut radar ---

IF you go in and make it clear that sex is cool, and you like to have fun with it, and that you don't really care eitherway, that doesn't make a girl feel like a slut, it makes her comfortable with the idea that she is just having fun and that she is not going to regret it in the morning. or later that afternoon, depends on where you meet her.

NOW, if you have the mentality that you just want to have sex and don't care about her, she will sense it, and she will feel like she is being used -- and avoid you like a plague

There may or may not have been music, she may or may not have been moaning, I was using Billy Connolly's trick just to try and last for any sort of reasonable length of time so all I could hear was my brain going...

Can't recall how far I got into the times tables but it worked for the first time - haven't needed it since.

I like how you captured the mix of emotions -- anxiety, anticipation and concerns about a minimum level of staying power, while still summoning up all the early math skills from elementary school. The teacher who taught multiplication would be beaming with pride. :)

Once those math skills are etched into the brain, we are good to go.

Just practicing ... five nines are forty-five.

While I agree that many people are to uptight about sex, I also think that some people are to public about it. There is a difference between open and boasting, a fine line in some cases, blatantly clear in others.

I think once you say I don't need to impress women, they need to impress me you are getting a little over-confident and if a woman were to hear you say that they would think you quite arrogant. Relationships should be two sided and you should both care about the other person, not sit back and expect them to impress you.

I suspect there are quite a few more, but candor can be hard to come by with respect to such topics plus other reservations keep some from posting. You are very young at 20 and it's quite refreshing to hear from those who have not abandoned principles despite what can be intense pressure surrounding them. Good for you!
