I am trying Anker this year. They have a two pack on Amazon. Still waiting for it to arrive.

In general the glass protection does help. One time, it didn't. But that was on the very edge, unprotected. Spent $29 for screen replacement. But the benefit of the protection is not just to save $29 or $200. It's to save time in going to the Apple store for the repairs in the first place.

But you end up with a heavier phone. At the end of the day, it’s whatever helps one sleep better at night.

I did really like the Powersupport anti glare when they use to sell them at the Apple stores. Do they still make them?
My least favorite part of the X (and reason I'm returning it) is its weight. The screen protector I added to it made no noticeable difference.

As someone that cares about weight, I don't share the same opinion in the least.

Zagg Glass+. Don't know how they compare to the competition. I do know I can drive to the mall, drop my phone off, have lunch and then pick it back up with a new screen protector installed for $5. Plus I love the feel of it.

Free with purchase in screen protector.

Takes two minutes. Plus the guy said they would do it with any protector even if not bought at Apple if you ask nicely.
I hate guys like that.

And they really shouldn’t say it because 1) they’re not trained to put it on and 2) that’s why they have machines...to take the pressure off of aligning it correctly or putting it on with no bubbles.

I used to work at a fruit stand (as some specialists would joke) and I could put screen protectors on iPhones all day everyday as long as they’re the Belkin ones that are compatible with that “machine” but I would not want to nor do I have to do it for non-Apple screen protectors or heck, even the ones they sell but isn’t for the machine.

And honestly you wouldn’t want them to either, especially if you brought it elsewhere.

I'd love to. But I'm a klutz. I probably break mine at least once a month (though I don't take it in until it's bad). Not worth not having it.

Screen protector won’t do much to stop you from breaking a screen, though. Do you have AC+?

I purchased the Zagg Glass+ for 40, im thinking of returning it to get the Belkin InvisGlass just because the Belkin one is thinner and the replacements are free vs Zagg charges 5.99 for shipping. Thoughts?

I have insurance through my carrier. I always get decent cases and have good luck. Fantastic luck. Never broken a screen. I've been with Apple since the 3G.

Maxboost. Three glass screen protectors on Amazon for less than $8 before tax with a frame to align the screen protector. If there’s anything I learned from buying my first glass screen protector it’s that most of them are overpriced.

I’ve always gotten the good ones... Generally the Zagg Sapphire Defense or the Belkim Glass Ultra. $40-$60. Feels like iPhone glass and because of that I’ve never used film protectors again. Cleanse beautifully and awesomely strong.

A lot of people say they’re a waste, or too expensive, however I feel and see a major difference in quality between the leaders in the industry, and cheaper variations. If there is an accident and the need for a new one comes around, Zagg sends free replacements.

This is the one i use, same quality same price as spigen one... Easier to install becauce of the guide frame that came in with the package
