If you listened to what people here told you to do to fix your iPod, it would have been working and normal. You chose to turn it on. You forgot to take it out of your trousers. Not apple's fault IMO.

My birthday's in 3 days. I'm basically 13, smart one.
Also, my parents forgot to check my pockets for me (I'm not saying it's their fault though). I never said it's Apple's fault. And, I tried to turn it on BEFORE I even posted this thread. I forgot to mention it in the original thread though.
