wow, that's an awesome video! nice job. anyway, AirPort cinema sounds good, as this is just an airport with HDMI, component, and Front Row like stuff (which is just a new iTunes interface)liketom said:i would go for the iTube name :

I was thinking MacTV, but only because Steve said they want "Mac" in the names of their products.
I predict MacPolls will have one on this subject soon.
miniMacmini sounds like a winner to me.![]()
Airport Cinema sounds like a Mac only name - Apple want to market this device for Mac and PC so again iTube sounds betterwmmk said:wow, that's an awesome video! nice job. anyway, AirPort cinema sounds good, as this is just an airport with HDMI, component, and Front Row like stuff (which is just a new iTunes interface)
Probably because Apple prefers i-noun forms to i-verb forms. So they'd use names like iVision or iScene or iPicture or iVideo or iBoobtube but not iWatch or iLook or iStareAtTheScreen. I suppose iView falls in both categories.clayj said:Can't believe no one has suggested 'iWatch' yet.
Asteroid was supposed to be an audio device, so perhaps this is Asteroid II. Or Asteroid V (V for "five" and V for "Video").skunk said:Asteroid?
I remember. Amazing how much fuss they made about something which never happened.Doctor Q said:Asteroid was supposed to be an audio device,

iHome is already a product.Atlasland said:iHome
I like iTheatre & iCinema aswell, but Apple will market this as for more than just movies, so those two are too restrictive.
They won't use "Airport" anywhere in the name, even though it will have similar functionality to the Airport express. This is an individual product, not one that's part of a range.
