iPads:
Current iPads are thin enough.
It will all be internal changes with touchID, possibly NFC.
iOS8.1 update to introduce Apple Pay fully, and get all features promised for the Yosemite Release.
I've been happy with the latest beta, no issues with the tools and apps I use. It would be nice to get iTunes Wireless Sync working properly again. I do not think that the current handover/sync etc is strong enough for a Pro iPad, maybe next year.
New Macs and MacBooks?
If they do, again it'll be all internal updates, retina on the high end desktop units, increasing a premium product into the stratosphere, out of the reach for some. As for the 12" Air/Pro - to replace the 11" air, yes, as another product, no.
New Mac Mini?
Maybe, but Im thinking they'll wait for Intel to get their chips into gear before a new Mac mini turns up though, it will be disappointing if it's only a Haswell update. Current version could be pushed with more memory/hdd storage, for what people use Mac Minis for (Media Center, gateway-drug), then the current version is still ok (I have a level entry one, works well).
Apple TV?
The flurry of TV boxes that appeared last year (Roku, Chromecast) have not had as much penetration as expect, especially here in the UK. That has kind of burnt itself out again.
