there's heaps when you search (yeah, at lot are Temu... LOL)

Yeah, I see that. Thanks. Monitor shelves intrigue me. I'll potentially need something that will support the weight of the new Mac Mini AND all the cables that will be routed to it so that it doesn't look like a McDonald's IT network rack. :x

The release schedule of the iPad Mini is just odd.

It should receive its update alongside the bigger iPads.
Apple's release schedule is almost certainly based on Apple's calculated profits, not what appears to make sense externally. :)

Also, the iPad mini isn't on the same SoC cadence as any other iPad:

The iPad Airs use bigger chips, the iPad base units use older chips.

What are the chances of getting an updated Apple TV 4K perhaps with an A16?
It's got a A15 presently, I think they would go the binned A18 route with all its GPU advantages. The iPad mini 7 is also expected to use a A18.

The SoC isn't expensive. Plus they could give the ATV4K 8GB DRAM, to possibly support AI in limited features such as a better SIRI 2.0.

Older A17 Pro and new A18 has ray tracing, mesh shading, dynamic caching, also AV1 hardware decoding.

Apple should absolutely make an A18, 8GB of RAM, AI capable high-end AppleTV...

also it should be able to boot macOS and be a Mac nano :)

I still like to see what Apple could do with a 11" Netbook size MacBook or MacBook Air. All the Intel examples from the past were hardy that much performance, now a petite M4 base example could be a monster to utilize.
I would love to see that. The 12" MacBook was a sweet spot for laptop design. It's a shame they never tried to make something that small. I suppose I see why. They probably want to steer people towards the iPads.

I hope I can put the Mac mini into my pocket
...and I hope I can fit a 27” display, keyboard, mouse and large power bank in my other pockets.

Apple offer iPhones, iPads and MacBooks if you want a powerful computer in your pocket that you can actually take out and use. What part of “desktop” do people not get? The Mini is already small enough to fit in a briefcase/backpack if you want to shuttle it between home and office desks.

Mini pro base 16GB; 32 GB (+200); 64GB (+400)
1TB (+150); 2TB (+300); 4TB (+400)
…..and, in the most incredible design modification we’ve EVER made to the Studio Display…. It now goes up and down and tilts in a standard configuration!

We don't want Tim to get irritated and flat out cancel the iPad Mini

This should be a very interesting show to finally see what all these Apple products updates represent!

New M4 based MacBook Pro's, M4 Mac mini, even the M4 iMac all gain performance.

Curious to see what improved display and SoC the iPad Mini 7th gen end up with?
iPad mini would most likely get the non pro A18 with 8GB RAM. the budget iPad would get the A16 or A17

They should really do these events late August or September for back to school. However, I suppose it might be better to target Christmas buyers than students since they'd rather give students a discount on older Macs than newer ones.
