Take a look at the late-2012 Mac mini with i7 processors' single-threaded and multi-threaded performance. Then look at the current machine... Really, the improvement in processor performance (2x multi-threaded over 6 years) doesn't warrant annual updates. Maybe semi-annually would be OK, but essentially the Intel Mac product-line is 'mature' and there aren't big improvements to be made. The biggest cost component of the Mac is the operating system, macOS, not the underlying hardware.

i been in windows eco system for a long term and downfall would be in 4 to 5 years because most people couldn't afford to buy the phone. They should separate business entity so can moved aheadKeep dreaming
