While I wouldnt be shocked if it did I’m expecting 1 or 2 more years, they sold the 2019 Mac Pro through last year, so I suspect we’ll get at least 1 more year of Intel for it (and likely the other 2019 and 2020 last gen Intel machines, if they’re keeping Intel support anyway) to mollify folks who picked up a 7,1 last year
Right. I'm with you on assuming another year. However, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the bulk of new macOS features are not included for the Intel Macs... probably via some kind of spin that "only Silicon can..." In particular, I suspect any A.I. spin is going to get tied into the "machine learning" bits of Silicon. Since the same doesn't exist on Intel, A.I. features probably don't show there... or else a relatively limited subset.
