I don't shop, I don't drink. But, everything else I do. A lot. And, I sit in a chair almost the entire day. Let's see...train, light rail, bar review, study, light rail, train, sofa. I spend about 16 hours a day in 7 different chairs. I just don't move.devilot said:-Eat too richly.

Oh, and I also try and take on my family's stress. If they feel it, I feel like I have to feel it. Can't be good for the body.
