I don't eat a proper breakfast or lunch, almost every single work day. Some times I make some little lame breakfast, and some times I'll bag a lunch, but not frequently enough. Plus, it's a total waste of money, always eating out for lunch.

Surprising how much one can spend on lunch eating out. Just regular, nothing special, lunches cost $.

As for bad habits? Eating in general. Although I am getting better. I still eat junk when left on my own without the wife.

conscious choices and unhealthy behaviors:
-smoking cigarettes
-pining for lost romances
-dropping acid
-staying up for days on amphetamine binges

Jumping out of bed is unhealthy because you feel very dizzy after, this morning I passed out... :(

Years ago I perfected the skill of blacking out, but not passing out. The first step is learning to not fall over, or even bothering to sit or lay down. Just recognise that everything is black and dizzy, but if you just stand still, then it'll pass in a few seconds. Later, when you can navigate your room with your eyes closed, you can move on to continuing to walk wherever you were going, as you're blacked out. Just don't lurch into things and break stuff.

The trifecta ... I breathe the air, work and live in New York City.
Me too. They say just living in NYC knocks of 7-12 years of your life:eek:

Eating KFC and Popeyes chicken.
Not enough exersize.

I did however quit the 1 1/2 pack a day cigarette vice last year.
Also dropped the 1-2 joints a day habit three years ago.:)

Five Guys probably isn't helping either.
you take that back  ;) :D i eat pretty well most of the time, but if junk food's available, i dont eat much else. i'm pretty responsible about what i eat most of the time, though. i'm generally pretty healthy, i exercise alot, never get sick, i'm tall and slender, no unhealthy habits.

The most unhealthy thing I do has to be my sleep pattern. It's gone 3:30AM and here I am, pattering away, not sleeping. By the time I get to sleep, usually gone 4AM, I'll end up sleeping through most of the following day. With running a business this tends to result in interrupted sleep through phonecalls and the dreaded doorbell.

But the night is just so beautiful, and calm and quiet...

I want fairy floss (that's cotton candy for our American folk) now! :)
I thought this was worthy of a selfquote™.

When my sister got home last night, she comes in carrying these two boxes. One is a DVD player the other is A MINI FAIRYFLOSS MACHINE!!!! She won them in a raffle or something. So guess what I've been eating... :D

Listen, I am on many other forums, you lot are the only ones that complain, now shut the hell up already, I type what I want in whatever font I want, tis my choice, live with it.

To be fair, since your choice of font obviously annoys some, you must realize that although it is your choice to continue, it is also other peoples' choice to continue to be annoyed by it -

btw, I apologize for wrecking your individual right of expression by putting your quote in standard font.

I tried this morning and fell out my bedroom window...

Where do I start?

I eat too much, I drink too much (Diet) Coke, I don't exercise, I have 7748 posts, I play World of Warcraft, I get up too early, I go to bed too late, I then spend half an hour doing a sudoku or 2, then lie there for another half hour before I get to sleep, I use Windows at work, I sit in front of my computer with my feet hanging out the window, I'm a member of a website called Skankyflat, I have too much sugar, I'm a regular at the dentist, and I use too many commas and not enough full stops,
