1. I don't exercise nearly as much as I should because if my asthma's bad, it's doubly difficult and I'm lazy anyway, and can't be arsed with the extra effort.

2. I drink loads o' booze. Fun though. :p
 
basically, all my bad habits stem from a subconcious refusal to acknowledge I am not 21 anymore.

behavior that might be construed as healthy or at least passable at that age, takes it's toll 10 years later.
 
Drink, rarely...used to not. Became a hypocrite after graduation. ;)

Otherwise I don't do much that I'd say is bad. I should eat more, though I eat till I'm stuffed every meal. :rolleyes:
 
bla, i just came back from dinner/dessert. Any Long Islanders here? I just went to toast in port jefferson i got the chocolate fondue.... oooooo sooooo good...
 
I need to eat more. I'm always hungry.

I run everyday and I'm 6'4" and 180.

I could stand to put on some more pounds, but I just don't eat enough.
 
I used to drink bourbon, smoke cigars and eat fatty foods until I was told they were bad for me. I didn't stop, but I did change my outlook so that now I believe those things are good for me. Does this count?
 
  1. Staying up to 1:00 AM, waking up at 6:45 AM
  2. Eating $5.00 of candy if the special at school sucks
  3. Not washing my face
  4. Skipping breakfast every weekday for the past 9 years

Sounds like the Microsoft approach. Redefine bad as the new good.
 
I don't go after the chocolates and the sweets like most people, I go for the SALTS instead.

Anything salty I love. My absolute favorite food is salt & vinegar potato ships.

I'm convinced I am going to drop dead any minute from a heart attack. :eek:
 
1: go to bed at midnight to wake up at 5:30 for a nine hour work day.
2. haven't had breakfast in about four or five years
3. eat frozen meals way too much
4. enjoy gatoraid way too much (I just love the quantity of it)
5. stress out about everything
6. rarely exercise anymore
7. work with computers only to come home to play with computers
8. drive way too fast
9. have had sex without wrapping it up because walgreens closed at ten. knew the girl for about two days.

I have a friend who is doing that... but she has mental health issues so its okay lol. (i'm an awesome friend).
 
I drink a pot of coffee before i go to work, drink a pot of coffee when I get o work, and drink a couple of beers when i ge home from work. I love my back yard, that's why the beer. I hav a salad every day for lunch but I am still "big". No exercise, I guess. Bad or wrong-for-me food as a rule, but I do enjoy it!
