A4 and Retina. I have my 3GS and its pictures are just fine imo. But I do want a much faster device, and also whenever I look at my mom's iPhone 4 for a little bit, and then I go back to one of my devices, it takes my eyes a while to adjust. The Retina Display is just incredible.
