What your reason for buying iphone 4 ?

How about using Proper Grammer

What is your reason for the buying iphone 4 ?

I think if you are going to correct some one's grammar, have better grammar yourself.

What is your reason for buying the iphone 4?

Or, What is your reason for the buying of the iphone 4? (Which is awkward but less so than how you phrased it).

I just love how important grammar police think they are.

I purchased my iPhone 4 for the antenna. When I'm stuck in a ridiculous conversation and I'm too cowardly to exit the dialogue the proper way, I can just hang up and later blame it on iPhone reception issues.

I read that people who owned Apple products got laid more. So I ditched my Android phone.

In all seriousness, I like the design. It didn't feel cheap compared to other phones that I had previously owned. I rarely use the iPod on it, and find myself watching video on it more if I don't have my iPad with me. I use my dedicated iPods for music, especially my Shuffle (soon to be replaced by the new Nano) because I like that it clips onto my clothes, and that's more space in my pockets for other things. Like crumpled up receipts and other peoples' pens.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A400 Safari/6531.22.7)

I had the iPhone 3GS for 2 months and really liked it, so I ended up getting the iPhone 4 as well. The quality of the display and pics is wl worth it to me.

I actually thought his post was a joke since he misspelled 'grammar', mis-capitalized 'P'roper 'G'rammar (they're not proper nouns, nor do they begin a sentence) and got the syntax of the sentence wrong. :p Also (if we're really going to be pedantic), the proper capitalization of the phone's name is iPhone (capital P), according to Apple.

iphone 3G - ipod replacement when my 30gb classic failed
iphone 3GS - insurance replacement when I lost the 3G :(
iphone 4 - contract renewal :D

Never looked back, superb little device.

I got the iPhone cause I didn't like carrying an iPod and a phone about at once. I don't have alot of music so 16GB is enough for me, and the iPhone is just so easy and perfect for me. I can't stand using any other phone now.

I've bought every iPhone that's been out on Pay as you go here in the UK, So I didn't have the original iPhone, but I've bought the iPhone 3G/3GS/4 the week they came out, and gave my old iPhone to recycling companies and put the money they give me towards the new iPhone.

I love the iPhone 4. Have no proximity issues, camera issues, and the antenna issue doesn't really bother me, even though it is present in my iPhone.

I don't know what I'll be doing for the next iPhone. I'll wait till the keynote event and decide then. The iPhone 4 to iPhone 5 will probably be like the 3G to 3GS.

I bought the iPhone 2G because I had dropped my Moto Razr into rush hour traffic while texting on my crotch rocket and I've been upgrading every year since.

Funny enough, I got to a pay phone to tell my girlfriend at the time I had lost the phone and she told me I better go back in the street to get the phone. (There were some naughty pictures on there, don't think she wanted to end up on the internet)

It's better than Android.

Seriously, I had an Android smartphone before and absolutely hated it. It was like Windows. It didn't work and it was expensive. I'd been eying the iPhones ever since I got an iPod touch 1G, which I upgraded every year to the 2G and later, 3G.

Number one reason for me –> the proprietary dock connector. I usually hate proprietary connections but in this case it works well with my car. My car doesn’t have Bluetooth so any other phone would need a separate audio and power cable and be controlled only through the device…too much hassle. It was easiest to install a module with the Apple dock connector that lets me quickly plug and play ipod through the speakers with steering wheel control and charge at the same time. It works brilliantly with GPS.

…so really it was just timing since this was the best choice for my situation right now. I’ll reevaluate the situation again next time around as there are some very cool gadgets coming out.

Ha ha!
