Why is it that when you go to skritch a kitty's tummy, kitty then stretches out so there is so much more tummy to skritch?
It applies to all sizes of kitties, from little ones you can hold in the palm of your hand to big ones, like lions (no, I haven't done it, but I have seen it happen).

So apparently after spending money on a dermatologist, hair supplements, vitamins, diet, etc it turns out it may be my hair care brand. OGX, there is a lawsuit and I'm definitely having a reaction to the DMDM hydantoin. Even my eyelashes and eyebrows are falling out! Why didn't I think of this?

The lawsuit hasn't been certified yet by a judge or I'd join it!

In other news please spare a thought for one of our Masters students who is currently doing his online internship and slated to come to Geneva to complete his coursework in September. He is from Durban South Africa where there are deadly riots after the jailing of the former president Zuma - I mean fires, gunshots and chaos.

There's this "lady" that shows up at 5am at the gym every single morning, and relentless she places her bags (bagS, plural) on one of the benches in the weights area. Then, she just goes for cardio for 1 hour or so. Then, she finally goes back to the bench, and starts having breakfast (yes, you read it correctly: she has breakfast there, usually some yogurt, plus fruit, plus protein shake, plus a bar or something else).

According to the gossip in the men's locker room, some of the usual suspects that train at 5am actually complained to management, but everyone is kind of afraid of ending up on YouTube so no one will take action and I must agree with the sentiment. She's clearly trouble. She's also lucky that so early in the morning the gym is virtually empty so it's not extremely difficult to find a bench (however, the closer we get to 6/6:30am the more difficult it becomes); if she tried this stunt at 5:30pm the end result would not be nice for her.

What has happened to the men in Texas? Afraid of ending up on YouTube? A contingent of members should insist on a meeting with the gym owner or GM and explain the situation. If she has some strange power or incriminating evidence over the GM and he chooses to support her over a group of concerned members, I would find another gym.

Yes, both have had 2 vaccinations. But the other person caught COVID despite having both jabs.

Nothing is 100%. Just ask my dead friend. She was self isolating and washing all her shopping, everything. Still caught it. Still died. This will be with us for a good while yet. It will get a lot worse after this weekend as well.
