Wow! A lot of people actually want a bigger screen. I've always wanted a smaller device with the same size screen. Or a bigger screen on the same size device would be nice too.

I voted for more RAM, though honestly thats only needed for people that apply heavy themes and run a bunch of tweaks ect.

Bigger screen comes first!! Not too big though, something like Galaxy Note is awfully awkward. I find 4 inch or something like Galaxy S1 is the sweet spot for me. Easy on the eye, and pocket :D

There was a time when iPhone screen considered big enough, it's called PAST, a way way past. So, please Apple, make the screen bigger!

Second would be battery life. Bigger screen with puny battery life is obsolete.

Third would be a CPU/GPU bump, as usual. Not as emergency but of course I'd like iPhone to become more and more powerful so that it can serve as a REAL MOBILE COMPUTER. I found Macbook or even iPad is too cumbersome to be used as a real outdoor computer. I still worry about nick it, bend it , sit on it or accidentally drop it just because it's huge, thin, and flat. Risk is high that you're doing something wrong with it. I've seen too many MBA being dented/nicked due to accidental (sometimes ridiculous) reasons.

With iPhone, I can simply tuck it in/out of my pocket. Yea it can still break, but not as much worrying/cumbersome as MBA/iPad would.

I voted for 4G. A bigger screen would be second for me, just slightly bigger though.

I really don't care much about the design. If they kept using the iPhone 4 design and just upgraded the specs every year I wouldn't even care. Specs are way more important to me than the outer design. Storage no longer concerns me like it used to. With iCloud and access to other cloud services from the phone I find myself using a fraction of the space I once did.

I also wouldn't mind seeing the home button go, better battery life is always nice too. More RAM is something you'll never hear me complain about.

But right now 4G gets my vote.

App privacy. I want to know that no app has access to any other app without my specific permission.

And aesthetically I wish the iPod Touch was a phone. Those are beautiful.

The #1 thing I desire is 100x speed.

The camera app is slow, the microphone is slow, Siri is slow, apps open pretty slow.

Honestly, when I want to record something, like something unexpected- whether audio or video, it takes entirely too long for the mic to go, "Beep"

I want fiery speed.

Battery life is always the #1 most important thing in a smartphone.

Everything else is pure gravy...

I voted larger screen. I think you should have put DESIGN into the mix. That's far more important to me, at least, that a larger screen. Also, gorilla glass, or something other than the glass Apple uses. It's way too fragile IMO. This followed my a larger screen.

Lighter. It's a brick

God no, not a larger screen. Well, if they up the screen size, I'll just have to hope they support the 4S for a long, long time. And if they make the screen bigger, I'm on AT&T for the long haul.

I voted 128GB, although really, the 4S is just perfect on AT&T.

We defend our iPhones when android users talk crap about the iphone screen being too small, but at the end of the day, as can be seen by looking at the results of this poll, we all want larger screens.

The question now is how much larger are we willing to go because I cant stand the size of the nexus and HTC One.

Truth!

4.3" is perfect

If apple live do decide to impress up then a 4.65" with thin bezel and almost no chin that would be the same overall size as a 4.3"

I'd like a bigger screen, better battery life, LTE, and NFC. In that order. I wouldn't mind everything on that list though.

Apple doesn't usually have massive upgrades though. We will probably only get one of those things if we are lucky. From a business stand point it makes much sense to spoon feed us features so they get the most amount of sales for every new version.

I plan on sticking with my 4s for quite sometime anyway.

I'd like a faster processor.

Seems like many people do want a larger screen. The question I have is how large?

Not when your competitors are offering more phone for less money

The current screen size is simply unacceptable for a high end device in today's market so that obviously gets my vote. Apple should consider releasing a iPhone with a 4+ inch screen for most users and leaving a model at 3.5" for anyone who has midget fingers or wants a lower end device.

Only it you look at specs alone. It you consider the associated software, services and support too, I'd say Apple gives you the most for your money. And I guess there are many millions who agree with me on that.
