I figure you can get a pretty good estimate on age range just based on some of the topics on this forum.
Then again, maybe not.
Yeah.. I would have expected way more teenagers based on the types of posts that have been popular in the past 2 weeks.
Often times, there's not as much difference as one would like to think between the psyche of 13 and 30-year-olds.
The anonymity of the internet brings out the inner troll in a lot of people.
I'm sure even the worst offenders would be pretty darn mature if you met them in person.

What I find most disturbing is people are unable to make choices for themselves and yet feel perfectly comfortable asking perfect strangers in this forum to make these choices for them.
The mistake is in the dispersal of your demographics and lumping such a large group together, not in a small typo.
I think the broader point was that the ranges should include: 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69,70-79,80-89,90-99, 100+
It's like posting a survey to find out where people live in the world and having only the responses:
- Alabama,
- Georgia,
- Florida
- Rest of the world

well seriously here's how I look about it. we have more adults here because primarily apple devices costs a pretty penny to be a fan of. young kids will have a hard time keeping up with apple culture don't you think?
The poll is swayed because all the lazy kids sleep until noon. Wait until they wake up and all the One Direction fans will wake up and crush us.

If a kid wants something, they'll get it. Not having a mortgage, car payments, etc, $200 for a phone isn't so much. I still remember when I was in junior high, mowing what seemed like 100 lawns so I could afford some stupid $150 pair of sneakers. My parents wouldn't buy them for me. Stupid responsible parents.

Mine was working at my dad's shop and refereeing soccer games to buy soccer cleats and stereos equipment for my Jeep. Oh, the days of no mortgage, insurance, preschool bills, etc.
Life is good though. I wouldn't go back to high school for anything in this world.

Just FYI, I thought that anyone 30+ is mature enough not to be posting childish posts, which seems to be the majority of posts in this forum. I made this poll to check what we're dealing here, and if it's worth discussing/arguing when an outrageous claim is stated. I'm actually surprised the poll is dominated by people over 30, from assessing the quality of most posts in this forum I expected teenagers.

But you know, your poll only really answers the question "what demographic answers questions about their age in an iPhone forum?" The feisty teens you're trying to measure probably skipped your poll and are off doing battle elsewhere.
