I would say I put my Apple watch to a little bit higher level of abuse then your average consumer.

I had my Apple watch on the entire time, under my wetsuit.

If you are really stressed buy the lunatik case. I usually run it if I am doing extreme stuff.

In the video no case just sport band works great after

A few days before this I wiped out majorly on a downhill mountain bike and while I needed stitches the watch was fine.
Where's this at? Those rock slides look like good times.....

The video is actually 2 different canyons. One is outside of Queenstown, and the other is outside Wanaka New Zealand. Believe it or not this was done of the intro canyons. Some of the drops were 60ft plus.

Stoked to do it again in the French Alps later this year. Doing a bit more advanced technical route.

I'm considering using my Apple Watch at work. I work as a package handler at UPS in a very hot and dusty warehouse where trailers can get up to 100+ degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months. It's a fairly physical job that involves lots of lifting and machine use. I'm very apprehensive to use my Apple Watch during work just because of the heat and dust in the warehouse and trailers, as well as the amount of sweat I pour out; however I really want to track the activity of a work day for me. I have a Spigen Tough Armor that may help protect it, but I'm still fairly cautious.

So I pose the question: what's the harshest environment everyone's Apple Watch has been in so far? Doesn't have to be work-related!

Your excellent use of the English language tells me that you should be more than just a 'package handler' (not wanting to offend 'package handlers').
Also sounds like an very unpleasant working environment. Respect.

I manage a tile and granite store out in Palm Desert, Ca. Temps outside in the warehouse and in our slab yard reach temps of 120 during the summer and my AW hasn't suffered yet..... And I'm out there all day. I expect from other posts that it may come apart where Apple uses glue one day. I sweat, and track my activity just like you want to do.... So far so good.

LMAO!

But thank you! I always try and use proper grammar whenever possible.

It's rough but not terrible. Super dusty and dirty. Probably come home in a layer of grime each day though. Gonna try and be a delivery driver soon so I can get you all your Apple Watch 2's and iPhone 7's on time!!

One year later: it's held up extremely well. Dropped it on concrete so it's got a few dings on the metal. Also has a couple scratches on the screen.
