What's the last album/album's you bought?

Boy, I grew up with tons of LP albums and cassettes (and cartridges). :)

The last time I stepped into a music store to buy something was probably in the late '80s at a store called Wall-to-Wall Sound or something like that and also a store called Sam Goody; both are defunct now.

The last time I bought an album was one of Blue Man Group's albums maybe around 2001 or 2002?

Raekwon - Cuban Linx II.

Kings of Convenience - Declaration of Dependence (literally just bought it from an online store that sells CDs (yes, CD, not digital) after loving my 'bootleg' version).

Just got the soundtrack to 500 Days of SUmmer - mmmm, Zoe Daschenel.

Just checked the soundtrack on iTMS. There's only one She & Him song on it!!! One version of the album has a Zooey Deschanel bonus track, but it didn't sound great to me. I guess the soundtrack doesn't seem so bad anyway.

Pearl Jam- Backspacer

best album in awhile.

I've become slightly estranged to MDB, what is your take on the new stuff? I loved As the Flower Withers and Turn Loose the Swans and then I kinda lost where they were going. What is it like?

I'm still on the side lines with there old stuff i liked there two recent albums but i've just picked up a few of there old stuff so its ok.

my last few album purchases:

The xx - xx
Breaking Benjamin - Dear Agony
Chevelle - Sci-fi Crimes
Porcupine Tree - The Incident
Monsters of Folk
War Tapes - Continental Divide
MuteMath - Armistice

I've been buying a ton of partial albums recently (through Emusic), but as for full purchases:

Just got it yesterday. I really like it, but that's probably because I'm obsessed with Tori :p

Another jewel from Michael Brook... if you like instrumental guitar and soundtrack type music, you should check out his work.
