What’s the ONE thing you like the most about your iPhone X?

Agree with the majority. Love the Face ID it just works. But the stand out for me is something more mundane, battery life compared to my 7 is fab.

Hard to pick one size, screen, Face ID, voice call clearity, beautiful body, camera etc, Sorry can’t pick one.
 
I’d have to say the lack of a home button which leads to a much bigger screen on a smaller device.

The bit about “RIP 4.7 iPhones” is true but it could come at a price.

We’re effectively seeing a shift in the starting price for iPhones going forward. No more £699 starting point for the latest premium iPhone. Every year will be £999 & £1099. A £300 price hike. I Hope they don’t but I feel the bar has now been set. The iPhone 8 could be the last of the more affordable premium iPhones!

Face ID is pretty cool. However, it’s a little too slim for me. Wish it were bigger.
 
This is my take.. Apple is the definition of what good marketing is. Let’s admit it, the iPhone isn’t the best device in the market but Apple can charge a premium price and people will still buy it and I’m one of them.

I dont think I'll be stressed out about a 3am preorder next year!!
 
1) Face ID
4) Camera (especially portrait mode & 4K 60fps)
2) Screen
3) No home button (gestures)

For years and years I said the old BlackBerry was the perfect size. That size is the same as the iPhone 6/7/8. The perfect screen is on the Plus model. With the X I get the size of a 6/7/8 with the screen size of a Plus.

Fits better in my pockets, car, etc. Scren is big and clear.

I'm going to attempt to select one, by grouping a bunch of things together :D It's this new seamlessness from everything now being on display touch gestures and FaceID being effectively transparent. Touch the glass to wake, slide the display up to open (since iOS uses the sliding panel paradigm through the OS, the gesture feels super natural), it's just a display you interact with. I even feel like I'm getting more haptic feedback, maybe it's just the most recent round of apps.

Interacting with the device feels incredibly unified and immediate as a result of: full front display, touch input improvement (i.e., 120Hz touch sampling rate), FaceID, and the OS.
 
Perfect size, smaller than plus but larger screen estate with plus power battery and Face ID. X is the perfect iPhone.
 
I love Face ID. Also the screen is amazing. I have yet to find something I don’t like.

And going back to my 6 plus it feels way too wide imo. This phone is much more comfortable.

The screen. Coming from a 7.

And the app switcher. That’s my favorite thing right now. Swipe left or right on the bottom. Gawd. So nice

I know the marketing part is true. IMO that’s why we have the notch. But, why would you say it’s not the best device in the market? ‘Best’ is subjective anyways but even when I compare this to the Note 8 (which I would think many consider to be the best device) the X holds its own and for me personally is the better phone. I’ve never held a phone with such a premium feel.
 
Coming from an 8+ I say size. Screen is still big (maybe not as wide) but I’ve gotten used to that.
 
It's got to be this screen. It is a small form factor with a huge screen. I do not notice the notch at all, I even tried a few videos and it looks just fine even with the letterboxing.
