There is no way I can pick one thing.
The build quality and design are fantastic - so happy to see a return to glass; the Silver/Stainless Steel are a great nod back to the early iPhones. It feels and looks premium.
Face ID is fantastic. I have tested it over the last two days in various lighting conditions, changes (toques, sunglasses, chin tucked in coat) and had no issues. It is so seamless that I don’t even have to think about it.
Size/screen size is great - I have smaller hands and have long held out for a phone similar in size of a 6/7/8 but with a much bigger screen. The is a very comfortable and portable size for me.
I am really enjoying the gestures too, and the interaction, it feels very natural. Not missing a home button at all and indeed when I switch to my iPads I want my X gestures back!
Oh yes, the screen quality, camera, etc are great too!
Someone earlier said they liked that others were “beta testers”. While I don’t agree with their understanding of a beta tester, I can easily say the X is something I have no problem
being an unofficial beta tester for. I seem to recall those same kind of comments when the 3G/3GS, then then 4, then the 5 series came out, all phones which I also got early and was very happy with.
There are complaints every release, every year, or issues here and there, but for me the X is a fantastic device that so far has even exceeded my expectations.
