Move goal 770 kcal

I hit that goal 75% of the time before I had a serious injury about a year ago. My VO2Max is also way down from "Above Average" to "Below Average" over the past year.

Currently averaging maybe 500 on the move goal and trending upward. Not really interested in changing the goal because I am working to get back to where I used to be, slowly but surely.

My current average is at 1645 kcal per day, from time to time I contemplated raising the move goal, but I kept it at 500 kcal, because getting those achievement awards for doubling, tripling or sometimes even quadrupling the move goal somehow keeps me motivated.
I haven't always been this slim and fit, in 2012 I weighed in at a hefty 220 lbs, when I decided, it was time to do something and get going. I started in June 2012 and was down to 165 pounds on December 1st 2012. I have never looked back since.

It originally put me at 690. That was a bit too high so I brought it down to 500 for now. I can hit 690 on active days...but, I have a full time job, a wife with her own small business and 3 kids. I wanted something that I could reach even on my busiest of days and 500 seems to be a good mark for that right now.

My current goal is to fill all 3 rings completely every single day in May.

Over the past month, I managed to build up my kcal to 760. Not yet sure if I'm going to raise my goal.
My exercise is actually around 150, but the app seems to be limited at 90.

I average between 1,500 and 1,800 a day and have so for the last 10 years or so. I begin the morning with a 70 minute treadmill run that burns close to 900. I do a half hour afternoon workout either on the bike or I jog in place. I have advanced neuropathy and this helps stave off the nerve deterioration in my feet.

Today I got my award for 3000 move goals!

I deliberately keep my move goal low so that I have no excuse for not trying for it every day. To date I have doubled my move goal 2097 times.
