Just got a Christmas gift, a new iPad Pro, from my Dad.

Now I’m seeking the case for it but these days there are so many brands and I have totally no idea how to choose.
I prefer a slim case and work with the Magic Keyboard, also my budget is around $50.
Is there's any recommendations?

What do you mean "work with the Magic Keyboard"?
Oh, I just mean a case that doesn’t get in the way of the Magic Keyboard, like it still attaches properly and works fine with it.
Plan to use it for my study.

I am using a Zugu case on my mini 7, which I absolutely love. It holds my Apple Pencil Pro and the case feels durable and sturdy. I use a Brydge keyboard case for my 6th gen 12.9 iPad Pro, since I use it primarily in laptop mode 99.99% of the time.

Shame Zugu don't make a case with no pencil holder.
My Zugu case for the mini 7 holds the pencil attached to the side. I take it outside the house everyday, and so far the pencil has remained attached and charged to the side until I’m ready to use it, or I can attach it to the back.

I have a 11" M4 case has pencil holder on the top, I don't need it.

Apple Folio is great keeps it light and feels good to hold.
Just overpriced like everything Apple.
True. Price is another point for me. Seems like I have to choose between Zugu case or Mageasy coverbuddy

Moko case is fine for the price. Wraps around all edges and there’s no pencil holder. Better than ESR, IMO.
