So what? What does that mean in your eyes? Who wants to watch MLB on a vision pro when they can watch on big screen TVs. Another prime example of why Vision Pro has flopped.....

And oh hey, another Vision Pro discussion has fallen apart because if you think the product was successful, it means you think it sold in iPhone numbers, and if you think the product is a fail, you think it’s so bad that it should tank the company, all 400,000 employees should lose their jobs, Tim Cook should be fired, and the US government should step in and stop Apple from releasing a product ever again.

But it doesn't detract from the reality that AVP flopped....it happens...even to Apple.

I would love to watch a baseball game as if I was there up close. And in AR/VR, you could also have a jumbo tron or multiple screens with different views, and switch between any and all modes/views--sky's the limit. I think one of the reasons the VP isn't more popular is precisely because there isn't a plethora of these kind of experiences available.

The AVP promotes sitting in your living room being a couch potato. I think that is one reason why the sales have not been as expected.
But i see your point of view about how immersive a good VR can be. I have used them in the past. But the wow factor wears off too fast for me.

man if I were to watch MLB, I'd watch on my big screen TV, sitting on a couch, head free of heavy VR set, with beer and pop corn.
