Violation of terms of service

To say using mywi is illegal doesn't seem accurate. It is a violation of the TOS. It might be not ethical but I wouldn't say illegal. AT&T could terminate your service as a result, but don't think there would be any legal ramifications. Maybe this is splitting hairs. Whether we like it or not AT&T has the right to charge for tethering and potentially lose customers as a result. We have the right to tether with the potential consequence att might terminate our service.

Independence Day

Wouldn't it be great on this day that Americans celebrate independence that a jailbreak would be released to give us freedom from the tyranny of Apple?

How would AT&T know we are using mywi and terminate our services??
