Just read the latest Dev Team blog post... if you have an iPad 2, it would be a very good idea to save your 4.3.x SHSH blobs.
But i'm sure it's only because of the rumors that you can't have blobs anymore when retail IOs 5.0 is out

Its a good chance this is the case, but they might revert back potentially to the previous signing method. But since they'r gonna do updates OTA now its likley that they will stick to the new method.
You might as well ask the sun to stop coming up.
There are far too many people whose lives are so empty that when the iPad2 jb is coming out is important.
I don't enjoy seeing a thousand of these threads either, but I have to defend the curiosity and eagerness.
It's not like the release of the iPad 2 Jailbreak is more important than my job, new girlfriend, or Quiznos' Chicken Carbonera, but it's fairly important to my technolust.
Good thing I saved my 4.3.3 blob the second I brought home my iPad 2..now Im all set

How do you save your BLOBS? Ive heard of it before but I've never done it - not that I can recall. Im not sure why, but I thought cydia did that when you ran it? But then again, you cant save your blobs (that way) without being JB - BUT THEN AGAIN, Im not even sure if that is a correct method.
Soo... help a fellow out - how do you do that?

But bumping millions on threads saying is it out???, won't help

Now as for the Blobs and JB I will not teach you how to save the blobs because on the post up from mine there is a link that show you how.

1) What is the use of blobs. Blobs are used to restore to an older firmware.
Exemple You are on Ipad2 FW 4.3.3 and wanna go back to 4.3 You can't because apple doesn't let you. But if you have your blob saved for 4.0 you can if you use some tweaks.
So basicly if you never plan to downgrade a firmware you don't need them but it's always good to have them
Also you can only save blobs from the current firmware or up
Like today i saved them on ipad2 it savec 4.3.3 and 5.01beta it cannot save 4.2 , 4.3 etc it is too late

The Jailbreak could come out in the next coupe of hours. All we have to do is get @Veence to say the jailbreak will definitely not be released today. He has been so completely wrong recently, it's a sure thing it will come out that very second.

Mine is the same..4.3.3 (8J2) its fine..alll of the 4.3.3 on the iPad 2 are all 8J2 so its fine
Where has he been wrong? Aside from lastnights "within 24 hrs" post, all of his ETA tweets have been "Might" and "aiming for" posts. The JB being released last week had a huge hangup too, it'd be out now if comex knew that perusing unionfs would not lead to it being in the JB. I don't think people give Veeence enough credit, he's right a good majority of the time, people just like to take what he said out of context.
