Mine was made week 25. Still has a problem with yellow spots on the bottom. I have been told that they should go away. Still waiting though.
Got a replacement iPhone 4 today - mine had a very noticeable rattle around/in the camera. Not the autofocus lens - something was legit loose and rattling. New one has no issue.

Week 27. I can drop calls like nobody's business.
EDIT: Called AppleCare asking about the reception issues. I can drop a call in less than 10 seconds by putting my hand on the bottom of the phone. He told me I could wait for the software fix that will change the way the signal is routed through the different GSM bands, use a case, or return the phone.

Wow...glad im not the only one. I just got off the phone with Apple Care getting a replacement for my week 25 32gb iPhone. it had a very loud and distinct rattle inside the phone. It wasnt any of the buttons and it wasnt the normal camera lens. The camera does rattle but I expected that. This was something else completely. It was coming from the bottom of the phone and you could hear it very well if you faced the dock port towards your ear. Its been like that since i got it, and lived with it thinking it might be normal until i compared it to my wife's 16gb which is completely silent no matter how you shake it.
Apple messed up the repair order and sent me a 16gb instead of a 32gb. I had to call them back and straighten it up. I now have 2 iPhone replacements coming, which should be here Monday or Tuesday and two $600 dollar holds on my card. At least they waived the 60 dollars in advanced replacement fees. I just have to send the 16gb back when it arrives and ship back my defective 32gb. I hope i get a defect free one! Fingers Crossed!
