same here...from PA.
I ordered it on 7th, then they screwed up on billing.
The guy on the phone when I ordered thr MP told me I am not eligible for the printer since this is a rfb. Then couple days later I called and told him that I am. He just said, ok, he added the printer and Apple run the whole invoice through my credit card again....AMEX blocked it, then as you realize delays, long story short estimated delivery 10/20...niiice so much about speed these days
