This thing scratched like crazy in my pocket, hairline scratches all over. ended up fracturing on the edges with a case that didnt even make contact with the protector. it was however nice and thin. my imos came in yesterday and i put it on and its worlds smoother, and no scratches from pocket yet.

What else do you have in your pocket with the phone? I have the imos and no scratches so far. You're saying the Oleophobic coating is better on the imos than Cinder?

It looks like that there are no tracking information after the oversea shipment.
But my cinder still arrived two days ago ;)
My Cinder has finally arrived! But the tracking is still stuck at the same status..
I am very happy with the product. After a dozen tries I finally managed to align it perfectly with no bubbles. Dust on the adhesive side made it quite a challenge.

Where are you folks ordering your Cinder screen shields from?? Not available from Amazon!

For those who want to use the Spigen Neo Hybrid with Cinder: At first it looked like it would work but after about thirty seconds Cinder started to lift..

Got mine in Canada (I was one of the early bird backers). The right upper side wouldn't adhere no matter what. Actually all the corners aren't perfect, but the top-right corner has a big strip that won't adhere. Disappointed.

Got mine today as well (Canada). Along with my Ice Max 3D I ordered from Aliexpress. Its funny how much faster it took to get the Ice Max then the Cinder. Decided to try the Cinder first as I waited so long to get it. To my surprise I was able to line it up perfectly on the first try on my iPhone 6S. I had adhesion problems on all corners. After some forceful and time consuming rubbing with my finger I was able to get the protector to adhere perfectly. The top right corner took about 5-10min of rubbing and pushing to get it to adhere, but now that it has, it stays adhered.

So for those who have adhesion problems, keep working at it! It still could adhere if you work at it.

I must say, this protector is the best yet for the iPhone 6/6S. It feels great and covers the entire front of the phone without any sharp edges. It even works fine with my Incipio NGP. Great combo for anyone wanting 360 degree protection.

Now just need to wait for Znaps to get released and this phone will be perfect.

Edit: After using the phone for a little while I noticed something odd. There is a slight gap between the screen protector and the phone around the home button. You can feel the protector move when you press it. I can also see the protector move up and down near the home button when pressed. Does anyone else have this issue? Seems like a good way to get dust and dirt under the protector.

I am from hk. My cinder is shipped and in HK....But there is no further update after the end of September.....And now I still haven't get it. I asked cinder...they just said it is frustrated and I should talk to the post office....like they dun have any responsibility...what's wrong with this company....

Is this compatible with the Veil XT by Caudabe?

Wondering the same thing. This case from Amazon looks identical to the Veil XT, but the pictures are not encouraging. The curved edge looks to be covered, which would obviously cause issues. Can anyone else comment?

They cannot be serious. I did multiple inquiries with China Post and did not get any answer back. Further, China Post states that only the SENDER (thus Cupert) can file an inquiry at the location of the post office which the item was sent.

So, Cupert is lying to you if they say that you should check with your post office.

PS: I would recommend you to open a paypal dispute, otherwise you will never get your money back.

I just noticed the same thing with the Godosmith Ice Max 3D. The edges aren't lifting, but the screen protector doesn't seem to be fully adhering around the home button.

I did it already. And indiegogo said they gave the fund to Cupert already and they cannot refund me.........And after few days the paypal dispute closed automatically. How can a company treat their backers like this while they are so happy to launch new things on their fb page, and ppl keep asking them how to buy their products? So not fair!!!!

I have a prototype cinder. It comes very close to but doesn't quite reach the edge of the glass so if the veil xt goes as far as the aluminium portion, it would fit. I use it with a power support air jacket and it works.

I'm so glad this thread still exists to remind me of the disaster I avoided by canceling my order with these d-bags.

Worst customer service ever.

Are you sure you stated the issue to PayPal correctly? I am aware that some members have received refund after PayPal dispute closed on their favor.

For the ones with the Ice Max 3D.
I've got mine installed on my iPhone 6s+ rosegold, perfectly aligned and no dust or air bubbles (although it needed some heavy massagerubs on the screen to get rid of some).

But did any of you noticed there is almost no adhesive beneath the coloured part of the screenprotector? i notice it because i can press the protector downwards on the white parts next to the frontcam and the white parts aside of the home button. It almost 'clicks' down when i press these areas.

However, when i use my iPhone + Ice Max 3D with an Apple silicone case, this case presses the screenprotector in a certain way that the protector is all the way down and i can't press the coloured parts down anymore. Whenever i remove the Apple Silicon case i can press down the white parts again....

Another experience with the Ice Max 3d:
i have a cheap transparant silicon style case. If i try to put that on the iPhone with the Ice Max 3d the corners of the case presses between the screenprotector and the iPhone screen and it starts to lift up the screenprotector. I tried it several times and there is no way to avoid this. So be careful whenever trying on a case when you have the Ice Max 3D.

My Cinder was wonderful, but would not work with any case I tried. (Apple Silicone, Spigen Rugged armor capsule). Thinking it was out of alignment, I removed the Cinder and tried to wash it and reapply it. That REALLY did not work. Hence my purchase of the Ice Max.

I just applied my Ice Max 3D to my 6s+. Cutouts seem OK. As you describe, I noticed the clicks as I press down on the ends of the protector. This may be a dust collector around the openings. It did take some work to get rid of the bubbles. I used a small plastic box corner to get rid of them. Massaging out the bubbles was not going to do it. The Ice Max adhesive is indeed different from the Cinder. I will wait to add my case until I think the adhesivee is set.

Is the clicking not going to cause fiction with the lcd glass and leave permanent marks on the lcd glass
