phone, email, safari, ipod......however thinking of just only having the first three and moving ipod to the 3rd page.

A lot of people have phone on their docks. The phone is probably the least used item on my iPhone. I mainly text everyone, but it's the first item on my home page in case I need it. 🙂

Here's mine:
Messages - Mail - Safari - iPod

I kept the stock line up for quite awhile but now I am rocking:

Phone - Mail - Todo - Settings

I never thought I wold want Settings in the dock but it is damn useful to have there.

Phone - messages - mail - Safari

iPod is least used item on my phone. I don't know why half of you have iPhones and not Touches. If you make so few phone calls it can't be worth the hassle.

The biggest reason they have the iPhone instead of the Touch is the second icon in your dock- the messages app. No SMS without cell service.

does it really matter ... since you can swap them any time...fyi the 4 that were there when i got the phone.. wise guy.. but i do arrange apps in group like

What icons do you have in your dock?

I swear there was another topic on this, but I can't find it, and yes I did search!

As of right now I really like Contacts, Calendar, iPod and Settings. What do you have?

Smart idea! I hate when I move an app to one of the first few pages and EVERY icon gets bumped by one because I slipped up.

I so want to take credit, but it's not me being smart. 🙂 It was actually an idea I saw in MR or on a website for iPhone tips.

Yeah, I might try that.
For the record:

iPod ("An iPod").
Phone ("A Phone").
Safari ("And an internet communicator").
